If your Karite Gold product arrives damaged, we will replace it! If you are simply not happy with the product, call or email us within 30 days from the date you receive it, and we'll refund the price of the product. No questions asked! This refund policy does not apply to bulk shea butter sales. So if you are going to buy bulk shea butter from us, we encourage you to make your first order for a small amount (e.g., 5 pounds) so that you know exactly what you'll be getting.
